A few of us went cruising down the river. Here’s a clip of em all jumping in. I didn’t go so unfortunately nothing more than the getting in part.
Well, here we are in Plain, Washington (near Leavenworth) for our family reunion. It’s been a long time since we were all together. We’re actually staying at Mountain Springs Lodge. Wanted to drop an update to say I’ve been posting pictures to my flickr account which you can easily see by going to the reunion link under the [Mobility] menu option.
Day one was nice. Nice and warm until the sun went down. The kids played outside a bit and later had some s’mores – after dinner of course. And as a special treat we get wifi! It’s just a little spotty but I found a nice little spot where I get full signal. And yeah, doing my best to stay away from the computer until everyone (mostly) hits the sack.

So we’re on the plane and they have wifi! Really? I had no idea planes offered wifi. Of course it would be better if it wasn’t $5. So far the flight is actually a whole lot better than I expected. It’s obviously been quite a while since I’ve been on a plane.
Unfortunately, I recently hit a snag with my back issues. I had some cortisone injections last Friday and they did help a lot! Well I was feeling pretty good until I decided to wear my backpack as a carry on. I guess I haven’t worn one in a long time and it decided to play the monkey on my back, which is now just killing me! The pack isn’t even heavy! Worse part…meds in baggage not carry on. Ah well.
Aiden just told me the Southwest Airlines’ peanuts are his favorite. Yup. Honey roasted FTW! G-money is watching a movie on the iPad and Jo looks like she’s napping. I had to succumb to a Jack and coke since I don’t have my med pack. All good.
